Lights Out

So, it's been awhile since our last update. Blame the city of Detroit.

We left the glory of Toronto for the depths of Detroit, only to find out that a giant storm that passed through the area, leaving 200,000 people without power. That total included the family of our pal Ace Engelbrecht, so no updates were happening tonight.

We've since located to a hotel in the area, so we could shower (no working water at Ace's house and we spent Saturday night sleeping in the car at a rest stop). Hopefully we'll get a very large update tonight after the game, with stories and photos from our time in Boston, Toronto and Detroit.

At least you got out of Canada without having to deal with Miles being detained! I would have offered up my grandma's house, but she laughed at the mention of hosting three growing young men. I guess she thinks my friends consume mass quantities of food and are too much to handle. Miss you guys.

Oh, just wait ... there's a story to told about Miles entering the country illegally, but that will have to wait for tomorrow.

Glad to hear that all of you are enjoying the blog. Getting Colin and Miles to post stuff is like pulling teeth, but I'm enjoying it! Thanks for all of your support. We really appreciate it.
